I've been a dad now for a total sum of 8 years. For the same amount of time and then some, I have spent more than my fair share of time online. Many times I have sought the wisdom (or found the lack thereof) from online parenting sites. Not once have I found a site devoted to and for dads.
That is about to change. Dads around the world and dads of all ages (yes our dads knew some stuff too) unite and become a part of the DadBrigade!
Being a dad is a privilege and not a right or entitlement. Making a child has nothing to do with being a parent. Whining will not be tolerated.
Now THIS is what I'm talking about!!!! SOOOO excited to see this up & running! You are absolutely right about not seeing enough "dad" sites offering insight,advice and a much needed perspective from a mans point of view. I hope your blog encourages more dad's to be proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas on parenting. I look forward to your future posts!
